Sing Out Victoria – Stop Napthine’s Silencing Act
Yesterday the voices of #Tecoma were asked to come into the city for a reprise of our song, this time to support the Trade Union Movement who are protesting the Napthine Government’s proposed new “move on” laws. Not only will this effect union protest, but it will see peaceful protests such as our fight against McDonald’s deemed illegal. Under the catch cry of #SingoutVictoria Tecoma was joined by not only union supporters but also Rod Quantock who has supported our cause from the start. You can help our cause by sharing this video in the hope that our government see sense and refrains from further attacks on free speech and democracy.
And of course we would love to see you at the Rally to Stop Napthine’s Silencing Act on Tuesday 18 Feb at 10am, Trades Hall, Carlton.
