Yet another incredible demonstration against McDonalds today. This time in Melbourne’s Federation Square. Hundreds of people from the hills, and all over Melbourne converged to once again say NO to James Currie and his proposed Maccas outlet. Headed up by Mr Rod Quantock, we saw guest speakers, singers, musos, gnome fashion parades and the beautiful short film made by Tim especially for the day. Hundreds of people laughed, cried, cheered, boo’d and stood in silent disgust at how this corporation is treating this community and it’s people. Thank you to all who came today and for the messages of support from those who were only able to be there in spirit.
